Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of ice⁣
  2. 1 cup of Silk nut protein milk⁣
  3. 1 scoop of unflavored collagen protein⁣
  4. 1/4 avocado⁣
  5. 1 cup spinach⁣
  6. 1 cup of pineapple⁣
  7. 1/4 cup of coconut flakes⁣

The Chocolate Covered Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of Silk Nut Protein Milk⁣
  2. 1 Scoop of Chocolate Collagen Protein (or unflavored if you prefer)⁣
  3. 1/2 cup of coconut milk yogurt⁣
  4. 1 Large Banana⁣
  5. 1 tsp of cinnamon ⁣
  6. 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract⁣
  7. 1 handful of ice⁣

Egg Muffins

Ingredients:

Ingredients:
