- 12 Organic Eggs
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 1/2 chopped veggies of choice
- 1 cup of chopped meat of choice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees., Generously grease muffin pan with coconut oil so muffins don’t stick.
- In a large bowl, whisk egg until smooth and fluffy
- Add all ingredients while consistently stirring., Ladle the mixture into the muffin tin about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 18-20 or until when fork is inserted in the center it is clean.
