Egg Muffins

  1. ⁣12 Organic Eggs⁣
  2. 1/4 cup almond milk⁣
  3. 1 1/2 chopped veggies of choice⁣
  4. 1 cup of chopped meat of choice⁣
  5. 1/2 tsp salt⁣
  6. 1/2 tsp pepper⁣


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.⁣, Generously grease muffin pan with coconut oil so muffins don’t stick.⁣
  2. In a large bowl, whisk egg until smooth and fluffy
  3. Add all ingredients while consistently stirring.⁣, Ladle the mixture into the muffin tin about 3/4 full.
  4. Bake for 18-20 or until when fork is inserted in the center it is clean.
