- 1 Tbs Asian Garlic Chili Sauce
- 1/2 tsp ginger zest
- 1 lime
- 1 Tbs raw collected local organic honey
- 1 tsp finely chopped cilantro
- 5 Tbs of EVOO
- In a large mixing bowl, mix all of the ingredients, except the EVOO.
- Start rapidly whisking the mixture while simultaneously pouring the EVOO very slowly to emulsify the mixture.(Make sure that the whisking is very quick to properly emulsify).
- Store in squeeze bottle in the fridge.
