Turkey Ramen

Ingredients:

  1. 1.5 lbs of organic ground turkey ⁣
  2. 2 Tbs of ginger minced ⁣
  3. 2 Tbs of garlic minced ⁣
  4. 2 medium Vidalia onions chopped ⁣
  5. 8 oz Ramen Rice Noodles ⁣
  6. 1 Red Bell Pepper sliced⁣
  7. 1 Tbs of Thai basil (or Italian basil if Thai is unavailable chopped)⁣
  8. 1 Tbs of fresh mint chopped⁣
  9. 2 Tbs of cilantro chopped⁣
  10. 1/4 tsp of sesame oil⁣
  11. 3 Tbs of Olive Oil⁣
  12. 1 1/2 Tbs of oyster sauce

Directions:

  1. Whenever cooking a stir fry
  2. keep in mind to continuously keep stirring the ingredients. ⁣
  3. On high heat place ground turkey in a large pan. Continuously stirring until the liquid from the pan has evaporated. Remove from heat. Remove from and place in a large bowl to rest. ⁣
  4. On the same Pan add olive oil to high heat. Add onions salt and pepper to taste and stir frequently. Once the onions start to lightly soften add bell peppers garlic and ginger. Let sauté and continuously stir for 3-4 minutes. ⁣
  5. Mix in oyster sauce and continue to sauté for 1 minute continuously stirring.⁣
  6. Add in ground turkey and sauté for approximately 2 minutes. ⁣
  7. Add the cooked Ramen noodles and sauté the mixture for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.⁣
  8. Once cooled top with fresh herbs and sesame oil.
